+Late night working is required if the Annex is to be used beyond 23:00 (11p.m.) on any night (or before 09:00 in the morning), because this is outside of the scope of the room booking system. Fortunately, in recent years we have been able to get persistent late night working documentation, meaning it does not have to be sorted for each individual night. Instead, this has become a webmaster problem, along with getting 24/7 B2 & B2A access put on committee members keycards.
